Qual \u00e9 a chave para ter mais presen\u00e7a nos supermercados e aumentar o consumo?&#8221;, questionou Javier Bernab\u00e9u, gestor da Sakata Seed Ib\u00e9rica e apresentador do evento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s uma visita ao campo, onde a Sakata mostrou diferentes variedades resultantes da inova\u00e7\u00e3o e do constante trabalho de melhoria vegetal, a confer\u00eancia come\u00e7ou com uma mesa-redonda composta por Sebasti\u00e1n Barber, t\u00e9cnico da empresa Valmuragro, juntamente com Joaqu\u00edn Navarro e Javier Bernab\u00e9u da Sakata Seed Ib\u00e9rica, que partilharam conhecimento sobre &#8220;ter ab\u00f3bora butternut perfeita durante todo o ano&#8221;, aprofundando tratamentos, produ\u00e7\u00e3o e condi\u00e7\u00f5es de cultivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O potencial da ab\u00f3bora no supermercado foi o tema central da segunda mesa redonda. Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Lezcano, respons\u00e1vel pela compra de frutas e legumes da Ahorramas, destacou: &#8220;As vendas de ab\u00f3bora registaram um crescimento de 201,51% na I Gama e de 164,83% na IV Gama nos \u00faltimos 5 anos&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma tend\u00eancia global em todos os supermercados, segundo confirmou Gonzalo Trenor, diretor da Ramafrut, empresa de IV Gama fornecedora da Mercadona: &#8220;Constantemente testamos novos formatos, e com alguns conseguimos resultados muito positivos, como a ab\u00f3bora cortada, descascada e embalada, ou a ab\u00f3bora com 2\u00aa pele&#8221;.
